Gift Shops
Visit our Ridgeview Gift Shop on the main floor of the hospital or the Ridgeview Lily Pad Boutique on the 3rd Floor entrance to the Birthing Center.

Our two gift shops are full of specialty items that any Ridgeview patient would enjoy! In addition to personal care items, our gift shops offer a wide variety of fresh floral bouquets, houseplants, chocolates, candies, greeting cards, postage stamps, plush stuffed animals, Mylar helium balloons, an adorable assortment of newborn baby gifts, Ridgeview merchandise and many other toys and books for all ages and interests. Both gift shops, staffed by volunteers, are open daily; however, typical hours may vary.

You may call to make an order for a patient, and our volunteers will gladly deliver all gift items to patients and staff at the hospital, within a short time of your order.
Special considerations:

• If you are planning a special trip, please call in advance to confirm that the shop you'd like to visit is open.
  

• To protect our patients' and employees' privacy, we are not allowed to give patient names or room numbers over the phone.
  

• Proceeds from sales in the gift shops are used for projects that benefit visitors, patients and staff at Ridgeview Medical Center.

CarePages
Ridgeview Medical Center provides CarePages, a FREE, secure, Internet-based service that offers personalized Web pages to patients and their families. These unique pages make it easy for patients to share their latest news and photos with friends and family, and to receive messages of support.

Flowers
For the safety of our patients, fresh flowers or plants are not permitted in the Cardiac-Intensive Care Unit (CICU), Surgery or post-anesthesia care units.

Balloons
Only latex-free balloons are permitted at Ridgeview Medical Center.

Food or Beverage Items
Before bringing a gift of food or beverage that a patient might ingest, please check with the patient’s nurse.

To obtain a patient’s room number, call the Information Desk at (952) 442-2191, ext. 5721. Ridgeview will forward any mail received after a patient is discharged to the patient's home address.
