Ridgeview is transitioning its MyChart users to paperless billing
Ridgeview is transitioning its MyChart users to paperless billing on Nov. 1, 2022. If you are currently enrolled in paperless billing, you will see no changes to your MyChart account. However, if you are not enrolled in paperless billing, you will automatically begin receiving electronic billing statements starting Nov. 1, 2022. You will no longer receive paper statements unless you take the following action.
If you would like to opt out of paperless statements now, log in your MyChart account, go to the ‘Billing Summary’ page and select the 'Save time while you save paper! Sign up for paperless billing...' banner. It will bring you to a new page where you can click the ‘No thanks’ button. This will ensure you are opted out of paperless billing and it will not change on Nov. 1, 2022. If you decide you want to opt in to paperless billing at any point going forward, you can click the same banner and choose the 'Sign Me Up' button.
