Dr. Swenson is an Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgeon (Otolaryngologist) with Ridgeview Specialty Clinics. He completed both medical school and Otolaryngology residency training at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Swenson has also received additional training in the management of allergy.
Dr. Swenson treats adults and children for a broad range of conditions in the head and neck region. He also performs environmental allergy skin testing and offers tailored immunotherapy treatment options for his patients (both oral immune therapy allergy drops and allergy shots).
He commonly manages chronic ear disease and ear tubes, tonsil and adenoid problems, sinusitis, nasal polyps, voice disorders, as well as tumors of the head and neck. Dr. Swenson especially enjoys the fun of working with children, and makes the experience as kid and parent friendly as possible.

Favorite Wellness Tip: Avoid using metal wire bristle brushes to clean your grill. The brush’s wire bristles can fall off and end up on the grill’s cooking surface. If these eventually stick to the food you’re cooking, the sharp bristles can get stuck in the base of tongue, stomach or intestines, and may require surgical removal.
