Carmel is the Neuro Rehabilitation Coordinator. She specializes in evaluating and treating patients who have experienced strokes, traumatic brain injury, concussions, cancer, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, mild cognitive impairment, and dementia. She also performs driving readiness screens and in-home safety/cognitive assessments.
