Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our Concierge Medicine services.
Q: What services are included in the Concierge Medicine program?

Q: What is the cost to enroll and is there a discount if multiple family members join the program?
A: The cost is $2,500 per person and $4,500 for two family members. Patients must be 18 years or older to become a program member.
Q: How does my insurance coverage work once I sign up for the program?
A: To enroll in our concierge medicine program, you pay an annual membership fee. The membership fee provides you with exclusive access to our concierge medicine physicians and services. Your insurance provider will be billed for all applicable services, including office visits and routine labs. Any labs not covered by your insurance will be included in your membership fee. For minor in-office procedures not covered by insurance, you/the patient is responsible to pay the balance.
Q: Will I still have to pay my copays and/or deductible?
A: Yes, you will be responsible for all applicable copays per your insurance plan as well as for your insurance plan deductible.
Q: Can I pay the membership fee in monthly installments?
A: No; full payment is required at the time of enrollment.
Q: How do I schedule a Concierge Medicine appointment?
A: For your convenience and exclusive access, you may call the Concierge Medicine phone line at 952-777-5439. You do not need to call a Ridgeview Clinics’ phone number. You may also schedule your appointment through MyChart, our secure online patient portal.
Q: If my Concierge Medicine physician is not available, may I see another?
A: We will check the other provider’s schedule for availability and schedule you with that physician if possible.
Q: May I see a Ridgeview physician who is not part of the Concierge Medicine service?
A: Yes, you are welcome to schedule a visit with any provider outside of Ridgeview’s Concierge Medicine program. This does not affect your concierge plan. In fact, your Ridgeview Concierge Medicine provider may refer you to a specialist for additional consults as needed.
