About Your Medicare Wellness Visit

Medicare Wellness Visits are a type of visit included in your Medicare Part B insurance benefits. These visits are designed to help you and your care team create a health care prevention and screening plan together.

An additional appointment to address medical issues and medication refills is scheduled on the same day as your wellness visit. An additional cost will be charged to your insurance plan.
