Balance Center
The Ridgeview's Balance Center is designed to meet the needs of patients who are dizzy, have balance problems or may have experienced a fall. In order to provide the most comprehensive and appropriate treatment, we assess all aspects of a patient’s balance system — inner ear, vision and the muscle system needed to maintain balance — using audiometry (hearing evaluation), videonystagmography (VNG) and computerized dynamic posturography (CDP) testing.
A unique feature of our center is on-site access to physical therapists trained to manage the needs of patients experiencing balance disorders. A complete and thorough assessment helps us provide an accurate diagnosis, which we use to develop an individualized treatment plan through Ridgeview Rehab.
