Virtual health care uses technology to connect you to a Ridgeview provider from the convenience of your home or almost anywhere you have internet access. All you need is a computer, tablet or mobile device.

Video Visits

Face-to-face video visits are convenient and confidential. They are similar to an in-person visit, where your provider will ask questions, perform an exam and provide treatment. Some Ridgeview video visits require a MyChart account. Sign up for MyChart for a seamless patient experience.

At Ridgeview, video visits are available from most primary and several specialty care providers.

eCare

Ridgeview eCare is another virtual care option for you and your family members, offering diagnosis and treatment for more than 20 common conditions. With this visit type, you will complete an online questionnaire about your symptoms, which is then reviewed by a Ridgeview provider. You will receive a response that will include a diagnosis, treatment plan, prescriptions (if needed) and next steps.
