Programs for Nursing Students and New Graduates
Ridgeview supports nurses starting their careers by — offering guidance, on-the-job training, mentorship and experience through our Nurse Residency Program, Nurse Technician Program and internship opportunities.
Ridgeview’s Nurse Residency Program offers the support registered nurse (RN) graduates need to gain autonomy, competency and confidence as they enter their nursing careers.
Ridgeview’s Nurse Technician Program offers nursing students on-the-job training, mentorship and support as they prepare for the NCLEX.
Ridgeview offers paid internships for eligible nursing students who have completed their junior year of their baccalaureate degree nursing program.
Professional Development Through Simulation Training
Ridgeview nurses are supported in their careers through professional development and clinical education, including simulation training. Simulation training is a technique that replicates many aspects of a clinical situation through a realistic, interactive approach — allowing clinicians to develop and master their skills. This provides enhanced opportunities to teach our nurses how to care for patients with more complex needs.
