Kelly Lemieux, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician at Ridgeview’s Pediatric Limited-Stay Unit and is medical director of pediatrics at Ridgeview.

Dr. Lemieux attended the University of Minnesota where she earned her medical degree in 1992, and later completed her residency there in 1995. For 28 years, she worked at Wayzata Children’s Clinic as a pediatric primary care provider. During her time at Wayzata Children’s Clinic, she was an owner and served as board president.

From 2016 to 2022, Dr. Lemieux served in the Chief of Staff roles at Children’s Minnesota. She was a former director of the Children’s Physician Network Board and Children’s Health Network (CHN) Board. Additionally, she was previously chair of the Clinical Operations and Performance Committee of the CHN, where she was involved in clinical quality and care coordination work.

Dr. Lemieux’s role as Ridgeview’s medical director of pediatrics is focused on providing hospital-based care. Her clinical interests include all aspects of general pediatrics, especially as it relates to partnering with families in the community to navigate health care for their children — from newborns to teenagers.
