Kathleen Peglow, MS, LAT, ATC

Kathleen Peglow, MS, LAT, ATC, is an athletic trainer at Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted High School. Peglow has special interest in sports performance and injury prevention. She was drawn to athletic training because it combines two things she enjoys — medicine and athletics.

Peglow enjoys being able to help athletes do what they love and are passionate about. She particularly enjoys being able to work with athletes from the time of injury all the way up to being able to see them return to their sport.

Peglow’s hobbies include reading, gardening and caring for her house plants.
