Financial Assistance & Payment Options
Financial Assistance
Ridgeview offers a Financial Assistance program to provide discounted care to eligible uninsured or underinsured patients. This includes:
- Providing emergency care, regardless of ability to pay
- Providing extended payment plan options and medically necessary services at reduced rates or at no cost for patients who are eligible for financial assistance
- Using fair and consistent billing and collection practices
Income Guidelines
To be eligible for 100% financial assistance, your household income should be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). If your household income is between 201% and 225% of the FPL, you may qualify for 75% discount. Household income between 226% and 250%, may qualify for the Amount Generally Billed (ABG). The AGB is calculated using a look-back method to ensure that eligible individuals do not pay more than those with insurance for the same care.
How to Apply
Complete the Financial Assistance application with required documentation. We will not consider incomplete applications. You can reapply for the program at any time with the required documentation.

Ridgeview participates in the Medicare Partners program with Senior Community Services to waive clinic co-insurance and deductibles for patients who are members of Medicare Partners. Eligibility for this program is determined by Senior Community Services.
Payment Programs
Ridgeview partners with AblePay Health and ClearBalance® to offer no-cost payment programs that provide flexible solutions to meet the unique financial needs of our patients.
AblePay Health
AblePay is a no-cost program that allows you to save up to 13% on your out-of-pocket medical expenses. To apply, visit AblePay Health.
ClearBalance®
The ClearBalance® program is a patient-friendly payment option to help you pay your cost of service with Ridgeview. The program is a zero-interest revolving credit account with flexible payment terms. Use this program to manage your out-of-pocket expenses, including deductible and copayments, for care provided at Ridgeview. For more information, call 952-442-8054. Other Payment Options
- Prompt Pay Discount. Balances of $250 or more may qualify for a prompt pay discount. For more information, call 952-442-8054.
- Internal Payment Plan. Ridgeview offers short-term payment plans (less than 5 months) in-house.
