The Social Services department at Ridgeview consists of a team of licensed social workers who can help guide you in thinking about what your needs will be before, during and after your hospital stay. We can assist you in arranging for:

• Referrals for rehabilitation at a nursing center
• Private-duty nursing
• Home health and hospice services
• Lifeline Medical Alert Service
• Meals on Wheels
• Medical equipment (such as a hospital bed, walker or wheel chair)
• Financial assistance
• Interpreters
