Parking, Maps and Transportation
Ridgeview is pleased to support transportation services in several communities we serve — making it convenient and affordable for our patients to access care. The following resources provide non-emergency transportation to several Ridgeview locations.
WeCab: 844-743-3932
Riders must be registered with WeCAB and live in either Carver County or the Westonka service area. Pick up and drop off is provided in Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Chaska, Carver and Victoria.
Transportation services are available Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (except holidays).
SW Prime MD: 952-797-7463
SW Prime MD provides non-emergency medical transportation to any medical facility in Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Chaska, Carver and Victoria and select areas of Minnetonka and Edina. It also provides transportation to Ridgeview facilities in Waconia and Excelsior.
To request a ride, call 952-SWPRIME (952-797-7463). Transportation is available Monday-Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
For those driving independently, parking at all Ridgeview hospitals and clinics is free of charge.
Parking at the Arlington Campus
Parking for patients and visitors is available on the east side of Ridgeview Arlington Campus.
Parking at the Le Sueur Campus
Parking for patients and visitors is available on the west side of Ridgeview Le Sueur Campus.
Minnesota River Valley Transit offers transportation to medical appointments; passengers should call 888-880-4696 to schedule a ride.
Parking at the Waconia Campus
Parking for patients and visitors is available on the south side of Ridgeview's Waconia Campus in several designated areas as well as General Parking Lots A and B. If you would like an escort to your vehicle after dark on the Waconia Campus, please call Security at ext. 0.
For your convenience, a volunteer-managed shuttle service is available between the hospital and the parking lots on the Waconia Campus. You can summon and wait for the golf cart shuttle in the covered shelter located between General Parking Lots A and B.
